Plandario is an app for two people to keep their calendar together. This policy explains what data it handles, where that data is kept and who it is shared with. It is written to be understood: if anything is unclear, write to us.

About shared plans: the link carries the code and nothing else, and the copy of the plan cannot be reached without it. Anyone holding the link can see that plan — that is what sharing means — so send it only to people you want to have it. After 90 days the link stops working and the copy deletes itself.
No account, no email address and no password are required. Your identity is an anonymous identifier generated on its own when you install the app, and it is not tied to your name or your email.

If you tap a saved place, the app opens Google Maps or your phone's maps app. From that point on, that app's privacy policy applies, not ours.
You can deny either one and the app keeps working without that feature.
Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (known there as ARCO rights), as well as your rights to information and to withdraw your consent.
To exercise them, write to appcreator.adm@gmail.com saying which one you want to exercise. We will deal with your request within the time limits set by Peruvian personal data protection law.
How to delete your Plandario data. You can do it yourself, right away, without writing to us: open the app and go to Settings → Your data → Delete my data, then confirm. You can also ask us by email at appcreator.adm@gmail.com.
What is deleted. On the server: your anniversary, your plans with their date, time, place, map link and note, your categories and your answers about how each plan went. On the phone: all of that plus the names and the couple photo, which never leave it. The app goes back to how it was when freshly installed.
What is kept. The shared calendar is not deleted if your partner is still in it, because those plans are theirs too; it stops being within your reach as soon as you leave the couple. The retention periods for everything else are above, under How long data is kept. Deletion cannot be undone, and it does not cancel your subscription: that is done from your Google Play or App Store account.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may turn to Peru's National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales), part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR also applies to you: you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with your country's supervisory authority. The lawful basis for the processing is the performance of the subscription contract you accept by using the app.
The app is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from people of that age. If we find that any has been collected, it is deleted.
The providers listed above host their servers outside Peru, mainly in the United States and the European Union. This means a cross-border flow of personal data, which we carry out on the basis of your consent and of the data processing agreements signed with each provider, which require a level of protection equivalent to that of Peruvian law. Where the user lives in the European Economic Area, those agreements also incorporate the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
If anything relevant changes, the date at the top is updated and, when the change affects how your data is handled, you are told inside the app.
