Your plans, your anniversaries and every moment you want to remember together. What one of you writes, the other sees on their phone right away. No group chats, no screenshots, no “did you book it?”.
How many times did you say it
and it stayed a “someday”?
Tap the sparkle above your calendar, type your city, and see what’s on for the next 60 days: concerts, theater, sports and family shows. Any of them becomes a plan with one tap, ticket link saved inside.
We never ask for your location: you type the city, and you change it whenever you travel.
Write a plan and it shows up on both phones in seconds. No account to create, no password to remember: one of you reads out a couple code and that’s it.
And the plan that is a surprise can stay on your phone only.
Tap a day and see all of it: the morning run, the groceries, the birthday and the evening movie, each at its time. You can tell at a glance where there is room for one more thing.
And the letter next to the time tells you which of you added it.
The day you met, the day you started dating, the engagement, the wedding: each date with its own count and its own photo. The app reminds you every year, with time to spare to plan something, and if you celebrate every month too, that day is marked on the calendar.
And every plan reminds you on both phones at the time you choose, plus the day before if you want it, so neither of you finds out too late.
Type where it is and it stays with the plan. One tap on “Open in Maps” and it opens in your maps app, address ready.
Add a photo when you get back and it stays with that plan for good. The summary gathers them all under Memories, so months later you are not digging through three thousand pictures looking for that one dinner.
Photos stay on the phone that added them. They are not uploaded anywhere.
Dinner, trip, cinema, home… whichever categories you want, each with its color. The summary shows you what you repeat and what you’ve been neglecting.
Pink and rounded, or blue and sharp. It is not just the color: the shape of every button and every card changes too. Switch any time.
Pink · rounded

Small things you notice every day.
A short link the other person opens to add it to their calendar with one tap.
Right on time or a few minutes before, the day before if you want it, and when your anniversary is close.
A couple code connects you. We never ask for your email or your number.
The Friday class or date night every week: set it once, every day, every week or every month.
Turn off sharing on a plan and it stays on your phone only. For the surprise you’re preparing.
A month of photos in a single collage to share or print. And another one for the whole year.
The app follows your phone’s language, with nothing to set up.
Not two accounts, not two payments: as long as one of you has it, you both get the full calendar.
The first 7 days are free.
No. A single subscription covers both phones in the couple.
Yes. The first 7 days are free, and if you cancel before they end you won’t be charged. The app reminds you a couple of days before the trial is over.
No. One of you generates a couple code, the other types it in, and from that moment you both see the same calendar. We never ask for an email, a phone number or a password.
Your couple photo and your plan photos stay on the phone that added them. They are never uploaded to any server, so they don’t reach the other phone either.
Yes. On iPhone, from Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. It stays active until the period you already paid for ends.
Yes. Plandario is on the App Store and Google Play, and the same calendar shows on both: one of you can be on iPhone, the other on Android.
We might. When the app suggests an event near you and you buy a ticket through that link, the site selling it may pay us a small commission — at no extra cost to you. It doesn’t change what you’re shown: events are listed by date, soonest first, and nobody pays to appear higher.
Plandario is a calendar that two people share. It has been on the App Store and Google Play since 2026, for iPhone and Android.
We built it because we kept seeing the same thing. A couple says they are going to do something, both of them half remember it, and the plan turns into “some day” because there is nowhere they can both see it. A work calendar is no good for this, and a chat is worse: whatever gets written there is gone in two days.
So the app does one thing and does it well. What one of you writes down shows up on the other one’s phone straight away, and neither of you has to create an account or remember a password. We ask for no email and no phone number to get started: you pair with a code one of you reads out to the other.
The app is paid for by the people who subscribe to it, and that shapes it too. We show no advertising and we sell nobody’s data. The photos you keep with your plans stay on your phone. What the app remembers, and what never leaves it, is written out in the privacy policy.
And when the app suggests events near you, it lists them by date, says where it got the information, and tells you if the link to buy tickets earns us a commission. Anyone about to spend their money deserves to know that beforehand, not afterwards.
For anything at all, the address is appcreator.adm@gmail.com, and the replies come from there too.
Plandario suggests events near you — concerts, theatre, exhibitions — and links to the sites where tickets are sold. Some of those links are affiliate links: if you buy after tapping one, the seller may pay us a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same.
We say so because it changes what you can expect from us, so here’s the commitment: commission does not decide what you see. Listings are ordered by date, soonest first, and nobody can pay to appear higher, larger, or at all. If an event isn’t right for you, it isn’t there because it suits us.
